Developed and standardized quality control dashboards (first of their kind at Invisible), improving communication and execution by equipping all stakeholders with tools to deliver tailored on their JTBD.
A sustainable relationship is a relational system that gives value to each stakeholder in the way they need. Creating communities as systems to solve functional problems is a great idea but as the stakes get higher the mechanism can get more complex. No matter how many stakeholders are involved, sitting down to take a look at the human components that make it run is a must.
